Embroidered department logo over left breast and embroidered last name over right breast. Embroidered last name with will be white for all personnel, except for Chief Officers, Directors, Managers, and Assistant Directors, whose last name will be gold. 

This item includes personalized embroidery (e.g., custom names). Please note that size exchanges are not available for personalized products, as they fall outside our standard FN Simple Uniform Policy.
