Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fnsimple.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of purchase, except for personalized items.

Personalized Items
Please note that any item that has been personalized with a name or other custom embroidery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

One Free Exchange Per Order

We offer one free exchange per order. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style (and it is not personalized), we'll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. Please ensure the item has not been worn on duty to be eligible for exchange.

Additional Exchanges

If you need to make additional exchanges after your first free exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund (and it is not personalized), please contact us within 20 days of purchase to initiate the return process. The item must not be worn on duty to be eligible for a return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
