Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

One Free Exchange Per Order

We offer one free exchange per order. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style we'll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. Please note that the item must not be worn on duty to be eligible for exchange.

Additional Exchanges

If you need to make additional exchanges after your first free exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. Please note that the item must not be worn on duty to be eligible for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
